Pre-requisite libraries

cygextras	0.3.4	cygextras is a dll containing various functions required by Gnome modules but missing from cygwin1.dll. Made by Steven O'Brien. Since gnome-vfs and ORBit is staticly linked against it, you need this only if you want to build gnome-vfs or ORBit by your own.	N/A
libungif	4.1.0-b1	Note: you can use Cygwin official release of libungif-4.1.0, but you need to copy /bin/cygungif-4.dll to /opt/gnome/bin/cygungif.dll.

If no download icon displayed at the last column, it means that there is no single package provided for that library, and the latest version is packaged into cygnome-libs convience package.
If source URL is not gaven in the table, the source package could be found on ftp://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/ or its mirror sites.
Version number before slash is the one we have binary package here, after slash is the latest version of source package(when writing this doc) which we have not binary package yet. Sorry that we can't keep up with the latest version at some times(contribution welcomed!).

esound	0.2.29	Allows several audio streams to play on a single audio device.
glib	1.2.10	A library of handy utility functions.
gtk+	1.2.10	The GIMP ToolKit (GTK+), a library for creating GUIs for X. Additional downloadable: _Xsetlocale version
imlib	1.9.13 / 1.9.14	An image loading and rendering library for X11R6.
gtk-engines	0.11 / 0.12	Additional themes (built from RedHat gtk-engines package)
ORBit	0.5.17	A high-performance CORBA Object Request Broker.
libxml	1.8.17	A library allows you to manipulate XML files.
oaf	0.6.10	Object activation framework for GNOME.
GConf	1.0.9	The Gnome Config System.
gnome-libs	1.4.2	The main GNOME libraries.
gdk-pixbuf	0.21.0 0.22.0	The GdkPixBuf image handling library Build with --disable-mmx option. Version 0.21.0 is built with Steven O'Brien's 20021125 patch. Version 0.22.0 is built with --disable-modules option, the source patch is available here .
libghttp	1.0.9	GNOME http client library.
libglade	0.17	The libglade library for loading user interfaces.
gnome-mime-data	1.0.4 / 2.0.1	MIME type data files for GNOME desktop
gnome-vfs	1.0.5	The GNOME virtual file-system libraries. Feb 8, 2003: cygfile.dll binary patch , built with Steven O'Brien's new patch.
libgtop	1.0.12 /1.0.13	A library which retrieves system information.
gnome-print	0.35 / 0.37	Printing libraries for GNOME.

bonobo	1.0.22	CORBA-based component system. Used by many GNOME applications, esp newer applications.
gal	0.22 / 0.23	The GNOME Application Library, a collection of GNOME widgets and utility functions.
guile	1.3.4	A GNU implementation of Scheme for application extensibility. Deprecated. Newer application should use Cygwin official guile package. gnumeric-1.0.9 and aisleriot already switched to that version.
gtkhtml	1.1.8	A lightweight HTML rendering/printing/editing engine. Currently built without bonobo support.
	1.0.2	Ditto. 1.0 series. Newer applications should use 1.1 series. It installs libgtkhtml as cyggtkhtml.dll, while 1.1 installs as cyggtkhtml-1.1.dll.
libole2	0.2.4	The Structured Storage OLE2 library. Used by GNOME's Gnumeric, AbiSuite's AbiWord, and other programs.
libunicode	0.4	A unicode manipulation library. Built into static library.	(static)
gtkglarea	1.2.2	An OpenGL widget for the GTK+ GUI library. Built into static library.	(static)
